For some reason the first thing that came to mind for me was having fun with brake checks; the forward-sensing radar of the car behind me reacting to the incalculable braking points of my manual driving. Its mean and juvenile, but spilling someone's coffee from 50 feet away...I couldn't help laughing inside. The thought of being at the mercy of the car, and not the reverse, is not an attractive concept for me, but I live in the mountains. An Atlanta commute makes it sound reasonable. I can't fathom Atlanta free-ways without congestion due to human error...
I love Rosso's point however, bring on the smart cars.
