Jim Craige would know the definitive answer as he's stayed there that past 2 or 3 years... Pretty sure they come with kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans etc. But it's worth a call down there to confirm. They are supposed to be fully furnished so I'd be surprised if they didn't. I think the units are privately owned time shares so the amenities probably vary from unit to unit.
Closest grocery store is probably Danville... About 12-13 miles away. About a 20 minute drive each way.
