I agree 110% on getting a hans device - - we got ours and used it, as well as arm restraints, at our 2-day - - figured it was better to get used to them then instead of a race weekend - - get yourself the best helmet money can buy too - - don't be cheap when it comes to safety equipment, I bought an Arai helmet and love it.
