Re: Lucky boy!!!

The view form the rear facing camera is amazing. Then to see the car coming over into the forward field of vision! Yikes!

Really scary. Car ahead of him pretty lucky too. That circuit looks gladiatorial.

Re: Lucky boy!!!

Or a new saying: Never underestimate how early the guy ahead of you will brake. Especially when you ain't got fenders.

Possible Mr Airborne Guy lost his brakes. Sucky way to find out. Come to think of it, anytime you lose your brakes it pretty much sucks really bad.

Definitely time for an underwear change after seeing that soar over your head - and to think I used to get freaked out by the helicopter taking off at Mont Tremblant - sheesh!!

Re: Lucky boy!!!

Good point John... Very tricky suspension set-up to get the landings right though. Very few get it right. Only Duke Sanford and the Dukes of Hazard.

Much of my "air time" I was pointed the wrong direction and cars went underneath me, but I did pass the guy that I used for a launch pad..

Boy, I can see it now. "Son, how did you manage to pass him on the last lap?" "Well, I couldn't get around him for the previous seven laps, so I just got a good run on his rear wheels coming off the final turn and kind of catapulted across him as we neared the finish line."
