Ready for my 2-Day...

Well, the best of intentions last year were blown away by the demands of real life and I never managed to get back onto the track after my 3-Day in March. Alas.

Since then, we've moved back to Boston from Orlando (can't wait to move back to FL, but we'll have to win the lottery (or retire) first) and gotten somewhat of a leg up on things, fiscally speaking. So...

I just signed up for the 2-Day at Sebring on March 29-30. Can't wait to get back out there.

If things go well, I hope to race at Road Atlanta in July. Following that, I'll just have to take things as they come.

I'll try to do a similar writeup of the 2-Day as I did last year for the 3-Day. Maybe that'll be helpful to someone down the road. So to speak. :-)

AW RIGHT KEN! The 2 Day is great, tons of seat time, faster, passing, and you'll really like the R/T. Sebring too, wow, have a blast.

Re: Ready for my 2-Day...

Terrific Ken,
Everyone wants to race more than they get to. The current climate has many racers on hold so if you have a game plan you are in good shape. It will be here soon enough and you'll really enjoy the time when it happens. The waiting time will help you get the most out of it since you'll be ready for the 2 Day. Best of luck and keep us updated. Enjoy.

Smiling for you Ken. Jim and CDH speak the truth. You're going to have a ball. We'll look forward to your report in March.

Re: Ready for my 2-Day...

Thanks, all, for the kind words. I can't wait to get back on the track.

I've re-read Going Faster and have viewed every video I could find of Skippy cars at Sebring. Wish it was next week and not two months away...

Ken
