This person is in India, the server is 250km from Mumbai. Here is a list of the worst spammers by country, note none are in Africa

I have it on good authority that they drive on the left in Bombay. (Yes, contrary to what politically correct nationalists would have you believe, this is still what we call it. Including the taxi drivers. Not sure what the deal on the streets was in 2011, about a half decade or so after the official name change, I told my driver from the airport taxi stand that I wanted to get to "Navi Mumbai" although I had never called it that myself in my life. The guy had no idea what I was talking about and we went around for about 2 minutes before I tried uncertainly, "New Bombay?" "Oh, New Bombay!" he exclaimed as his face lit up and he turned to the opposite direction than the one he had started out in. My face lit up to, because suddenly I was comfortable, I was back home and nothing had changed where it counted. Love that story.)

I'd say he is a terrible spammer if he is trying to drum up business in England by saying "Go Right."

But I do love "Don't Back Up."
