Who's goin' to Road America w/ BSI 5/31?

Just wondering who's planning on going to RA for the SCCA double regional 5/31 - 6/1. If you've been there, you know. If not, it's long, fast, smooth, hilly, gorgeous, and of course, there's Siebkens for the après course. It's an easy course to drive but a difficult course to drive fast.

BSI will be preparing the cars again, and always do a spectacular job as many here on TJR can attest.

JP and I will be there, but not sure of who else. Just looking forward to seeing some TJR folks there and meeting some new ones!

Peter

Re: Who's goin' to Road America w/ BSI 5/31?

I attended the first BSI weekend at RA with the Greists and Dr. Peitz. For those who don't know, it was a blast. We had the track to ourselves. I got a 25 lap session in! Finally too tired to continue I came in a few laps early. Revere, John and myself were in their real MX5 Cup cars, went throught a set of tires and brake pads. Revere and John put on a show! John came from last(tech infraction) to second or third I believe. I can't explain how much fun I had on that weekend. I had so much track time. 25 consecutive laps at RA will wear you out. Serious, serious fun. BSI also brough their data systems, so we got real-time scoring and lap times while in the car, and got pedal, brake point etc feedback. Similiar to using the computer car. Stu and Paul are great guys. I will be at the July event.

I'm doing Watkin's Glen the week before and won't be able to attend but howdy's to Stu, Paul and the whole crew. Wish I could be there. Have fun Peter and Craig! :-)

RA with Craig and Dr. Pietz last summer was a blast! BSI is a great crew. Top notch cars and close racing and helpful instruction from JP. I encourage everybody to go. You'll have a great time.

Ditto Revere and I am clearly younger and better looking in our Avatar.

Great running with BSI MX-5s and all data readouts. Wonderful value and fun.

Revere and I will be there running FCs with Arms UP, but will stop by BSI shop for sure.
