Perhaps I am in the minority on this, but I'm interested to find out. Two things troubled me lately.

The first was making the 'Juicy Girl in Pants' the default header. My mother reads this site on occasion, my staff reads it, and I have suggested that clients read it. There are certainly aspects of the site I wouldn't particularly want them to see, but they can pick and choose at their own discretion and risk. To make the header blatantly sexual is a mistake. This is primarily a site geared around racing, and one of the two racing headers ought to be the default. I have also been embarrassed when logging in from 'public' computers... business centers, client offices, etc. Unlike others, I don't lug my own computer wherever I go, and so rely on these other access points.

Second, I'm not crazy about the 'Better at sex' tag being automatically applied. I'm not concerned (for the most part) about how people identify themselves, or what they choose to post. But, I think we ought not label newbies that way. Imagine my mother decided to post something. Quite uncool if that became her 'title'. I guarantee you she wouldn't know how to change it. Also, while it might be funny if one person chose it for themself, it kind of loses its edge if 50% of posters have that title.

Thoughts?

Michael – come on chill out. I hope that you are not sending clients to this website in hopes of impressing them with the company you keep. I must be missing something, first, the name of this loose group of mostly old men living out a fantasy came from a 20-year babe wearing sweatpants that clung to her ass with the word "Juicy" across two-scoops of French vanilla, and secondly, this site is as much to do with “racing” as I have a chance of becoming an F1 pilot. For me at least, this site is about camaraderie, chuckles, and annoying each other, there is little to no socially remedying factors to this site. Bring back the babe! But then that's just this dirty old man's opinion.

To Sy: You should maybe program this site similar to GT4 or any other video game for that matter. The more progress you make as a poster, the more secrets of the site you can "unlock".

The MLI would have to start with the boring checkered flag, Skippy Car site banner (which is the one I have selected, too, since I am doing some, just some posting, from my office computer) but after a certain number of postings you would "win" the option to change that.

Equally the more "touchy" forums would require a certain level of usage before access be granted.

To Donald: I applaud your unstoppable creative outbursts that do not know the word "filter". Keep it up, it is delightful to see what a human brain can come up with if properly conditioned.

To Michael: I think your under estimate your mother. I always felt she had a great sense of humor and certainly she must be a very leneant woman because she is putting up with you.
To Dave: Your description of the site's purpose and its origination is so complete and so that it does not leave room for any additional comments.

First, things first. The name should be Equipe Jutex Coureur or Course Equipe Jutex (a little help here madames and messiers).

We need a new track map of Mt Tremblant similar to the Lime Rock reverse track map.

And sorry Sy but you can't be webmaster any more. We need to find a female communist journalist to take your place on the editorial board.

The girl in the red pants has to go too. Replace her with the Statue of Liberty (although I'd like to see her from the back

).

And Skip Barber has to go. Replace them with Jim Russell racing

No, I am not trying to impress anyone by sending them here. I send clients for a variety of reasons. 1- I socialize with them, we discuss racing, and I suggest they come check out this site because of the humor, pix, videos, etc. 2- I am helping one of our friends attempt to gain sponsorship from my client base. Sending them here can be helpful. 3- One of my clients raced in Daytona, I sent him a link to my write-up.

"Michael Auriemma is an early apexing sleazeball" is funny. Imagine "Team Juicy Bowling".... David Casey couldn't make a 4 - 10 split if his life depended on it... Count me out!

Yes. Correct again... Leslie, the "20 year old babe" is how this all started. You may recall me defending her place on the homepage... which her picture still graces. You might remember that I have not 1 but two of her pictures on my helmet! I also voted in favor of the "subtle" Team Juicy Racing suit patch in the shape of pants. All I reacted to here was a blatant, "in your face" butt as a default. If people choose it, who cares?? But, let's not make it the first thing people see when they come to our site.

As to my "manner of delivery".... Back in November, we had a thread that discussed the design of a new header and the ability to pick and choose among alternatives. One week ago, you asked for "new ideas" for User Title's. Yesterday, you wrote "I am taking suggestions". I didn't suspect that you didn't want dissenting opinions. As such, I saw no reason to raise my concerns in private. Again, if I missed something, I apologize.

I have an idea for a mechanic's fund event...

I pay for the van around and get to nominate everyone who gets a "ride" with you.

The catch is - they don't get to wear safety belts, helmets, or rib protectors and you get to whip them around inside the van like...humm....errr...like go karts getting spun on a go kart track - yeah, yeah, like they're driving a kart at a birthday party for 16 year olds.

How much would you charge for that?
