I always guess Indy. But it does look like the roof over the paddock grandstand.

Clark and Gurney were teammates in 1963, the first year Lotus went to IMS so if it's Indy I'm guessing that is the year. Also considering that Clark spent the last part of the race following around Parnelli Jones' oil leak, that might explain the extra mung on his and Gurney's faces.
