Anyone heard of these guys? An acquaintance has become a distributor.

Re: Zamp helmets???

I don't particularly like the interior liner on the helmet. i saw much better when i was comparing it to other helmets for purchase.

Re: Zamp helmets???

Zamp is not new at all, they are simply rebranded BELL EUROPE helmets. Since Bell Europe is not distributed in the US, the owner of Zamp (David Zampierin) has them rebranded as "ZAMP" and they are the US version of Bell Europe, identical helmets. High quality, many options, and some nice prepaint jobs as well.

TeamDI carries them, and now that Zamp (BELL) is in its new manufacturing facility, the wait for new helmets should not be as bad as earlier this year when there was a long wait due to manufacturing delays.

I have a new zamp RZ3 sport star red. Its a mid level helmet, lightweight, great eyeport, nice visor selection, predrilled for Hans, and the paint job is pretty damn good for a pre-painted unit.
