Regarding AP: I live in fear that there is some sort of magic entity on no-name straight that just sucks you off the track when you are running all alone and transports you to that special place called "AP". It's probably not a happy home and it's probably very hot there as well. I think it's one of those arrangements whereby the instructors get together and decide they have had enough and off you go. Enough of the nice stuff, no warning, just send him into the perpetual pain zone until he can stop a spinning tire with his teeth or something.
