Skip Barber Launches Formula 2000 Summer Series, Scheduled at Some of the Most Popular Racetracks in North America LAKEVILLE, Conn. Skip Barber Racing School LLC today announced its 2009 Formula 2000 Summer Series schedule, a 14-race championship that begins in early May. Driven by competitor response, this season the Midwestern and Eastern Race Series have been combined into the largest amateur race series in North America.
