weather at Laguna Seca
taking son out to Laguna Seca next week for another 2-day, and anybody know about weather there?
we're from Atlanta so are used to it hot and don't want to pack wrong. reports look like it's cold (55 low, 65 high). will it feel cool like that at the track? no shorts and flip-flops (my usual outift)?

I've been out there about a half a dozen times. It is highly variable, but I always found the weather at the track was more likely to be similar to the forecast for Salinas than Monterey. The track is about halfway between the two. It is is not uncommon for the track to be 10-15 degrees warmer than coastal Carmel.
