Kelly: Can you give us any hints on where the March race weekend might be? Any chance that it will be back in the West at Laguna or another track?

I have heard that negotiations are underway with a certain track just to the north of San Francisco that is the base for a competing racing school...

It might be the other major track near seca

id love to try it.

I am very excited to race for the F1 watch that Jenson is wearing.

To clarify, do I get the exact watch he is wearing or a replica? :P

It's a unique model just for you... When you wind it, the white gloves wave and it trash talks you.

Hi Ross! unfortunately, I can't give anything away. I will tell you it's narrowed down to a couple tracks and things like cost, previous attendance and location are all being taken into consideration. I know you all want to know where you're going before you book (and pay), so I'll spill the beans as soon as I'm given the ok!

Alright, I can give you a hint. We'll announce the full official schedule in the next day or two, but until then, I can tell you that the TBD date will be on the West side

Re: Winter Series Schedule

So your hint is... The TBD race will be on the west side of the country... Hmmm Perhaps we will be rebuilding and reopening Riverside International Raceway for a little trip down memory lane or kicking the Russell School out of Sears Point for a week to play in wine country... OR... We'll be showing the loyal west coast racers that they'll have two chances to race at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca this winter with SBRS instead of just one...

Nice hint.

Re: Winter Series Schedule

Good reasoning there Pat! Looks like the secret's out, if you look at upcoming race series sessions on the SB website, it is indeed Laguna that comes up in the March slot

Ta da!

We're trying to nail down one of the final pre-pay details in the release, then we'll send out the full schedule.

Western Re: Winter Series Schedule

So what do I with my airline tickets to Donnington? The Southern F&C group all bought tickets based on KW's input.

But the Skip Barber Flagging and Communication Training will take place in September as scheduled. Only the brave need apply.
