New Site, Bugs, etc.

First off thanks to Sy for getting this together, we're still ironing out some bugs. If anyone finds problems, please post here and let us know.
Some known problems are:
  1. Videos not playing correctly - some do, some don't. We're working on it.
  2. Some pics in galleries missing, very few that I've noticed though.
  3. Some links are dead, the More videos can be found in the Racing Videos and Pictures Forum for example
That's all I am aware of, not too bad, vids biggest snag....still looking

thanks for the help

The videos and the dead links are fixed, I believe. Please test and let me know.

Re-direct at TJR.com does not work. It is missing a slash after ".com"

www.teamjuicyracing.com is pointing to this site now, not sure what ya mean, the slash is unnecessary.

I know I am a Technotard, but I must say "I don't know how to start a new thread"
Please have mercy on me and Show me how to do it. I feel like such a fool. Because I am.

The absolute best way to start a new thread is to high-jack a current one and keep piling on the posts until CDH moves your stuff to a new thread. That -- and tossing an insult in someone's direction -- will get you a new thread. The mundane way is to search high and low until you find one of the strategically hidden buttons marked "New Thread" somewhere in the category in which you want your new thread to live. But that's a boring way to go.

Re: New Site, Bugs, etc.

If Ted's methods don't work click on the FORUMS heading at the top of this page and select the forum you want to start your thread in. Click on that forum and near the top of that forum's listings you'll see a "New Thread" button. Press that and you're off to the races.

Where did the FORUMS heading go?!?! Are we not supposed to go there directly, Uncle Sy?

It's a bug with the new toolbar. I'll try to get it fixed tonight.

Despite the bug... Love the new pull down menus... Very cool and easy to browse. Thanks Sy!

Re: New Site, Bugs, etc.

The bug is fixed. Another dumb TWO SECOND coding mistake by me which took about 2 HOURS to fix.

The bug (where the new toolbar menu wouldn't show up at all) actually only affected Internet Explorer users on a PC. Firefox PC and all Mac browsers had no problem displaying the new toolbar.

Any links that should be added to the toolbar that I've missed?

One spelling correction. The top option under "Links & Downloads" needs to be "All" rather than "Al" Categories.

Thanks for all of the work to upgrade the site. Very snazzy.
