Solid as a rock on and off the track....maturity well beyond his years You did a fantatstic job raising your wunderkind Mike, those years alone in Europe also accelerated the process I think. That's how a kid learns life-long survival instinct and independence at a young age. Hell of a sacrifice (especially for a Mom) but look what it accomplished, hats off to her. Bravo!!!

yes, that is Auriemma launching over me in 17 at Sebring... as he called it, "just a racing incident".... and,,, "now for the rest of the story" He saw the video.... We had a good laugh...
