Zeronine Z9-AKR BlackOps Carbon Fiber Helmet

Anyone know anything about these guys? I don't own an auto racing helmet and would like to buy one for my racing school in April. I don't have unlimited funds, but this seems awfully cheap for the features this company claims. Just wondered if anyone has worn one. Saferacer has them for 350.00 or something like that.
